Hi, I’m Steph.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I help teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like themselves lately. Maybe it feels like everyone around you is moving forward while you’re barely keeping it together. You might be overthinking everything, doubting yourself constantly, or feeling anxious and unmotivated. Life can feel like a lot—school, work, relationships, trying to figure out what’s next. And while you’re doing your best to keep up, inside it might feel like you’re falling behind or losing touch with who you are. If you’re tired of pretending you’re fine when you’re not, you’re not alone—and there’s nothing wrong with you.
I offer virtual therapy for individuals 16 and up living in Ontario. Therapy is a space where you can be real—no pressure to have it all figured out. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and at your pace.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on what matters to you. I use approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, learn new ways to cope, and start feeling more in control. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and help you reconnect with your strengths—even if they don’t feel very clear right now.
