I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in life transitions. Life can feel like a lot—work, relationships, figuring out what’s next—and while you’re doing your best to keep up, it can feel like everything is slipping out of control. I offer virtual therapy for couples and individuals 16 and up living in Ontario. Therapy is a space where you can be real—no pressure to have it all figured out. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulties in your relationship, I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and at your pace.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on what matters to you. I use a person-centred approach that integrates ACT and emotionally focused therapy. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior, notice what’s been holding you back, and reconnect with your strengths and values. You’ll take small, practical steps to calm your mind and body, process difficult emotions, and start creating a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.
My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, managing life’s challenges, and taking steps toward what matters most.
